Shipping Policy

We ship orders pan-India and offer free shipping on all domestic orders. While we try to ship all orders as fast as possible, since we're a small business slowly finding our feet, allow us 5-7 business days to dispatch your orders.

Returns and Exchange Policy

All our pieces are traditionally handcrafted with immense care and precision, in limited quantities. We inspect each product thoroughly before sending them on to their new homes. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

Our store policy is NO returns or exchanges. But if you are dissatisfied with our product due to a manufacturing defect or damage incurred during transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours at support@pehchaanbys.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged/defective product. 

Please note, the product should be unworn and in its original packaging for it to be eligible for a return. Once our team has reviewed your request for a return, you can initiate the return. The product has to be returned within 7 days of purchase after which, the sale is final. 

In cases of manufacturing defects or damage, cost of the return courier and the replacement piece will be borne by us. But in any other case, the costs of shipping will be borne by the customer. Original and additional shipping costs paid by the customer won't be refunded.

We DO NOT refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original mode of payment within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as each piece is handcrafted, and we begin processing it immediately. We encourage you to be sure before placing your order.
